Shipping & Processing
At Eleven 04 Cosmetics, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. To help you understand our order processing and shipping procedures, we’ve outlined the following important details.
Order Processing Time:
All orders require 3-5 business days for processing before they are shipped. Please note that this processing time is separate from shipping time, and during peak periods such as sales or promotions, processing may take longer than usual. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of standard business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Options (United States):
For customers within the United States, we offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days — $12.30
Free Shipping: On orders $100 or more — 3 to 4 business days
Overnight Shipping: Order must be placed before 3 PM — 1–2 business days
During checkout, please select the shipping method that best suits your preferences and needs.
Shipping Options (International):
We are pleased to offer shipping to locations outside the United States. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and are calculated during checkout. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose from available international shipping methods, and the applicable shipping fees will be displayed based on your chosen delivery location.
Shipping Carrier:
All of our domestic and international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your package and monitor its delivery status. Please note that for international shipments, tracking availability and information may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your package has been shipped, Eleven-04 Cosmetics is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. If you find that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at inquiry@eleven-04.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. However, please note that the delivery and condition of your package after it leaves our warehouse are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
